100th Anniversary of San Francisco Lecture Series

As Paramahansa Yogananda first came to San Francisco in 1924, we begin to celebrate this 100-year anniversary! We invite you to join us! Bro. Jitananda and Bro. Maitrimoy will be visiting SFMG, June 4–5th, 2024. We have exciting events planned!

Tuesday, June 4th (includes guided meditation on peace)

Event: Meditation and Inspirational Talk
Time: 7:00–8:30pm
Location: SFMG Meditation Chapel
Brief Reception will follow 8:30–9:00pm

Wednesday, June 5th

Event: 100th Year Celebration Potluck BBQ
Time: Noon–2:00pm
Location: Presidio Tunnel Tops
(Parking readily accessible)
Near Transit Center on Graham Street
(Veggie burgers, dessert provided)

Before the BBQ, June 5th Event:

A Walk to Andy Goldsworthy Wood Line, with brief meditation;
then walk to BBQ location by Noon.
Time: 10:15am–Noon
Location: Meet/Park at Presidio Tunnel Tops BBQ Picnic site on Graham Street.
We will transport you to start of the walk.

After the BBQ, June 5th Event:

We will walk from the BBQ to
the Palace of Fine Arts and explore where Master ventured 100 years ago.
Time: 2:00–3:00pm
